Essentia Spa belongs to the GAYA group of Spas in Indonesia. Since 1989, we are the largest established spa and wellness company in Indonesia with 16 spas operating under 4 established brands namely, Gaya Spa, Bali Spa, Essentia Spa and Stylist Salon . We also manufacture and use our own unique 100% natural aromatherapy 'Spa Essentia' brand products available for sale in our spa retail shops.
All our therapists come from Indonesia and are trained to the highest of standards at our very own Spa Essentia Academy. To ensure a high standard of service and quality, each of our therapists go through three years of intensive training in anatomy, massage, beauty and aromatherapy skills. Only therapists with the highest skills and excellent customer service relationship graduate and are employed by Essentia Spa. Our therapists also undergo regular refresher courses so as to maintain the high level of service and to keep abreast of new trends, techniques and developments in the spa industry.
